Similar to ME2. Squadmates have near-perfect accuracy, but poor distance, LoS judgement, and timing. They will fire on targets with line of sight blocked by obstacles, won’t close the distance with shotguns, and sit in cover too much. Their weapon damage is reduced to a certain percentage, half or so of Shepard’s damage (which is much higher than what they had in ME2).
