It seems to be a "light-therapy" device, for relaxation purposes, I'd guess.
Looks like some kind of gaming device to me. If you come close to it you can hear some fighting voice, like someone is kicking something.AhYes"TheReapers"
- ^I agree, some form of games console/entertainment hub. although, i thought the sounds were more like a retro sci-fi game. (BTW could this be cut content? maybe originally you cold buy so simple mini games from the vendor on the citadel?)

- F*** Gold Saucer, it took way too long to get the good items, had to play basketball just to get my points up because everything else was luck-based. And getting the No Encounters materia in the Chocobo Races was a goddamn chore. So glad for Beta-spamming in the Coliseum, best fun I ever had at that gilded nightmare. :) RShepard227 (talk)
Hmm, video game? I don't know why I never thought of that. I always thought it was a massage chair or something... either way, it serves to take the edge off on long FTL flights and the like, which would explain its presence in the lounge/bar area. Terminator-HIX
